Guest guest
Welcome Rose. This group is really growing and you will fit right in. I too feel like if I could watch myself I would be amazed at the sheer quanitities of food that I consume, but I've decided to stick to denial on that one for now :-0. Here's to a great 2009. I have been overweight since the day of dawn with short periods of weightloss due to anything going on the market. However, since i started to listen to 's podcasts i realised that unless i attack this problem the right way once and for all, i will never succseed. I am an emotional eater, which means anything i dont want or cant deal with i squash with food, then i feel bad, and then i eat again. 2 years ago i managed to loose 2stone, felt fantastic, got to big for my boots and now i am 3 stone heavier then i was. Sometimes i just cant stop eating and i know if i would have to watch myself doing this i would feel digusted. But enough of the dramatic. I have deceided that 2009 will be the year where i turn myself insideout and loose the weight for good. Joining your group is the first step towards my goal. Guest guest
Hi, Rose, Welcome to the group and I'm happy that you found that IOWL podcasts. I understand exactly what you're talking about...the up and down " battle " of weight loss and eating for purely emotional reasons. I fully believe that you can transform yourself from an " emotional eater " to whatever positive eating strategy that you would like. You can do it! :-) Bev Subject: Hi everybody and Happy New Year To: insideoutweightloss Date: Saturday, January 10, 2009, 7:56 PM ok here it goes. My name is rose and i am 50 years old. Guest guest
Thank you Bev for your encorouging words. I listened to 's podcasts all night whil sleeping and the result was a very positive day today. I feel fantastic cause my food intake today was very controlled.
