I am not sure I follow. Is the insomnia due to Hep C or to something else?

Me tooooooooooo, I cant sleep without ambien....and

even then, its for 4 hours ! nne

It could be from both , the older we get the less sleep we need . I also suffer

from extremely vivid nightmares , which is caused by high amonia levels in my

blood(hmmm I think, or its high iron) so sleep is something I try to avoid .

Waking up screaming is an argument for insomnia , lol . I would rather stay

awake than sleep than have bad dreams

I take restoril and sometimes I have very vivid

dreams, they are never scary, just totally bizarre!!!

I stopped taking all my sleep meds , cause I thought it would stop the dreams

.......I nope even without them I have strange dreams . I dont remember if i got

your im ........If i did I would have responded . Today is fogggy day cant do

much or remember much (which is kinda good I dont remember the details of bad

dreams ,LOL)
