I also suffer from extremely vivid nightmares , which is caused by high amonia levels in my blood(hmmm I think, or its high iron) so sleep is something I try to avoid . Waking up screaming is an argument for insomnia , lol . I dont remember if i got your im ........If i did I would have responded .
