Join us over there if you want to discuss heart and vascular problems and all treatments, not just describe the failure of the various drugs in certain cases. The cards do not deserve the bashing that they are getting because they are trapped by the AMA and the FDA into obeying the dictates of the drug companies. And the drug companies are in the same trap. They have to continue to produce and test drugs that our very fine medical scientists are inventing, on the chance that one of them might work a miracle. Meanwhile we can hope that our doctors will try to keep us healthy in spite of being guinea pigs for the drug industry. The support in this group seems to be very good for what it is worth, that is a lot of information about the statins with a little side information on other drugs. I think it is not worth anything to me because the advice which comes from the group is just like the advice that comes from the cards. That is quoted advice from the different experts in the drug industry, the medical industry, and the various factions that oppose each other. The new member who claims to be a card and is giving advice probably really is a card because his advice is exactly like all cards, that is ignoring the whole body of the person and handing out pat statements that apply to everybody.
