Due to methodological inaccuracies, some results can exceed 100%. HTH, o César Mendes Rio de Janeiro - Brazil

Guest guest
Hi a, I agree with the explanation of o César I should translate it as " método de relación o comparación con el área del estándar interno " . Please notice that it is " estándar interno " and not interna. You can also use patrón interno o referencia interna but it is very common the use of estándar. Good luck and regards, Q.F. Guest guest
My Spanish isn't very good, but I think it should be " ratio del área del estándar interno " . The English paraphrase would be " method based on the ratio of the area of the internal standard " . Guest guest
Hi a, Since I suppose that you understand spanish I will copy an explanation of the método del estándar interno (HPLC) from a book in Spanish. I do not translate it because I am very short of time today ( apologies to ) I hope this help you to take a decision. > The English paraphrase would be " method based on the ratio of the area > of the internal standard " . > > > > > EIDIOM ha scritto: > > > > If anyone is still working, I would appreciate help with the translation ( > > or even a paraphrasing) of the sentence in ***. > > > > A literal translation : El metodo del **ratio del área estandar interna** > > does not seem to exist > > > > At this concentration the accuracy and precision for [NAME DRUG] using peak > > area response method were 101.35% and 5.59% and using ***internal standard > > area ratio method*** were 99.45% and 8.79%, respectively. > > > > CONTEXT statistical validation of the methods used to test the suitability > > of a drug ( it involves cromatography (HPLC), etc > > > > luisa > > eidiom@... > > Resources for Eng-Sp translators > > Recursos para traductores de español > > www.etheridiom.com raphy and the like) > > > > URL: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/medical_translation > > To unsubscribe, please send an *empty* message to > medical_translation-UNSUBSCRIBE > >
