Guest guest
We have a form in our AVS files that u can enter in your AVS RESULTS when u get them. Do we have your detailed AVS story in our files?May your pressure be low!CE Grim MS, MDSpecializing in DifficultHypertension Hi All, I just wanted to say thanks for sharing all of this info in this group and helping people like myself to become more informed. I have been lurking here for a short while having been diagnosed with Conn's a few months ago (40yrs Male UK based). I was banned from the Gym, until getting a doctor's checkup, after a simple health MOT showed up previously unknown high blood pressure, so it's been a bit of a roller coaster ride. I am the sort who wants to avoid taking pills at all costs - the only reason I was referred to a specialist (apart from because I was young, (hmmm .. ) and not at all overweight) was because I only took the one pill (a last resort, admitting that my desperate attempts to find anything else to beat it were failing) and it didn't control the High Blood Pressure either. And just 2 days ago going through AVS (your comments and experiences were instrumental in helping me make my decision to go through with it ... nervous as $%SFDS is an understatement, having not even so much as had to have a filling before!!). Not the most pleasant of experiences and certainly taking more than the 24hours specified for recovery but I survived!! I have to wait up to 6 weeks (or more) for the results and am hoping that it was all worthwhile. At least I'll see where to go from there. Anyway - another one to relate an experience to maybe help others in the same boat - but many thanks again to all relating their experiences!! .. I'm following the tales with crossed fingers!! Regards. L.
