Hi Gloria, CONGRATULATIONS on the smoking cessation -- way to go!!!

You kicked one of the toughest addictions there is, and you are

definitely healthier for it!! It's the number one thing to do to

improve your health -- so pat yourself on the back, Woman!

Tea & biscuits ... a marvelous, civilized custom! How are you doing

on that? I remember when I visited Hong Kong & went to Tea (my first

time), I was surprised to find that it was served with wonderful

little things like cucumber sandwiches, fresh fruit, veggies ...

would that perhaps work for you?
