There are free, anonymous tests you can get and send in for the results. At this point if you are HCV+, you have no record of it. but when you see your doctor, it will be public. at least to the insurance companies. think about whether you want that or not. in the mean time, please don't freak out. if it turns out you are HCV+, there are new meds that are having more success leading to a cure.
