KK - It only gets better!!! And yes, has a beautiful, calming voice, it's

almost like she's right in there with you in person... And you lost 5 pounds,

that's fantastic!!!!!

Regarding the full feeling you have when you know you've had enough, " baffled "

one of the words that crossed my mind as well... Never knew before when to say

stop... I've found out more about myself in the past few weeks , than I have in

years, and it was sitting right underneath my nose all this time.... This is

great and I wish you all the best on your new journey, and hope it will be an

unforgettable one to last you a lifetime.....

Hi Everyone and Thank you !!!!!

- I was sitting at my desk today at lunch time and started listening to

your latest pod-cast 39th episode, enjoying every moment listening to you and

eating my soup and some cut up pieces of raw carrots and celery, and than it

happened!!

You started reading letters from listeners and then........ ... My name was

mentioned and your started to share my success story with others by reading my

email sent to you a while back! You remember me, the one with all the

exclamation points!! And lost 11 pounds in 11 days!!!! Yep-per, that's me and

now I've lost 18 pounds and feel like a new person. Salsa lessons are great and

my treadmill is being used like it's never been used before! I think sometimes

I'm hearing a little squeaky sound from it? Must be saying " Enough already!! "

But I'm only getting started, (maybe its time for a maintenance checkup).

ANYWAY.... I let some of my co-workers listen to you today and I know your on to

something!! Of course, I expected both ends of the spectrum, where there would

be some who were maybe a little bit jealous but, that okay, I only concern

myself with the ones that truly believe that if it can happen to me, than why

not them???? You have really

started something special here and I have listened to previous programs over and

over again so as not to miss anything.

So here's to you , THIS IS TRULY A DREAM COME TRUE, THANK YOU!!

and to EVERYONE , Thanks to you too, for your support.....

Make this an Adventure, because we only have this one life to live, So live it,

Laugh Out Loud in it, and LOVE yourself first, so you can love everyone else in
