I had the opportunity to speak at the HHS prayer rally here in Greenville,SC last month. While the topic is religious freedom, it is coming up due to the addition of contraceptives etc to the provided "services". I was able to speak as a Catholic, nurse and Creighton Model Practitioner/Educator. I was also able to announce that we were doing an NFP retreat with 2 NFP only doctors in a few weeks. That took place yesterday. We had approximately 100 people there. Many were non-Catholics who told me they heard me at the prayer rally. The time is ripe. Find the prayer rallies in your city. Offer to speak. They really want doctors and nurses who will be most effected by the mandate. We need to stop discussing and go out and get active in the public arena. Our brothers and sisters in Christ deserve to heat the truth and we have a responsibility to share it. This is the time!
