Guest guest
An Italian text on the treatment of type II diabetes makes frequent reference to " sulfaniluree " . Web searches give a number of hits for both " sulfanyl ureas " and " sulfonyl ureas " in English, and searches of Italian sites for " sulfoniluree " also give a large number of hits. So my question: is there a distinction between sulfanyl and sulfonyl ureas, and if so, what? Or is the -a- form a typo for the -o- form, which seems to be the slightly more common? Ever so slightly confused (or canfused), Purdy Translation from W.
