Pestana, mais na frente do texto o autor usou o termo osteofitose ao discorrer sobre formação de osteófitos: This formation of bony outgrowth is described as osteophyte formation, bone spurs, osteoarthritic lipping or osteophytosis. Aqui ele não usou buttressing, não sei por quê. Talvez a saída seja por aí? Onde o autor usa buttressing, talvez você possa usar bico de papagaio?
