Guest guest
DR CLARENCE GRIM MD WE have proof now about Dr Grim! Doctors are not always people! This was him in a landmark study where sodium and excess aldosterone make these muppets keep repeating the letter C You didn't draw that line WITH the pee did you?.................that would really take alot of balls Subject: Re: Doctors are people tooTo: hyperaldosteronism Date: Saturday, September 3, 2011, 11:08 PM , I can forgive a doctor for some things but when He causes me heart, kidney and lung problems and my back and right ba_ _, I mean testis aches for 6 years solid and I pee my pants I draw the line! Oh, did I forget ED (good old ED), where do you draw the line?BTW, I require my mechanic to make sure my brakes stop me 100% of the time and that my car starts 99% of the time or better. (As a former owner of a used car dealership I required my employees to follow that standard or better for all my customers!) - 64 yo morb. ob. male - 12mm X 13mm rt. a.adnoma with previous rt. flank & testicle pain. I have decided against an adrenalectomy at this time since Meds. are working so well. Current BP(last week ave): 123/73Other Issues/Opportunities: OSA w Bi-Pap settings 13/19, DM2. and PTSD.Meds: Duloxetine hcl 80 MG, Mirtazapine 15 MG, Metoprolol Tartrate 200 MG, 81mg asprin, Metformin 2000MG and Spironolactone 50 MG. >> > I sense alot of anger toward the medical community becuase so many of us got bounced around and blown off, etc. But, i feel a need to remind people that Dr's are people too. They have good and bad days too. I dont believe they are out to do harm, or intensionally misdiagnose anyone. What do they have to gain from that? We tend to be an informed group. So many times I have had doctors tell me i should be a doctor. I have no interest in that. I just like to help them help me. I do not blame them when they miss things that should be obvious to them with hindsight. I miss things in my job to that i shouldnt. It happens. I am going to guess they are usually right, but PA can look like alot of other things. I was all the way down to a final EMG to determine if my muscle twitching was early signs of ALS before told me I had decided I had Cramp Fasiculation Syndrome...defined as a problem with the potassium channel and fibromyalgia. To a neuro, all my blood> work was within normal limits. I lead myslef and my medical team in that direction becuase I knew enough to be dangerous and was influential enough to make them elminiate that option before I would let it go. I nearly drove myself crazy with Anxiety, which only added to my symptoms. A GP has to take a bit of a scattergun approach to figureing out what direction to go. Sometimes there are alot of false leads. PA can look like so many things. Well, at least that is how i see it. Others might think I am cutting them too much slack, but I am thankful they have taken care of me this far. > > ============================================================================> 45-Male-Caucasian, 5'9"- 242lbs, PA Diagnosed 2007 Suspected Hyperplasia-No tumors on CT - No AVS.> Meds: 100mg Spiro, 40meq Potassium, 1800mg Calcium, 500mg Magnesium, 100,000UI Vit D (weekly), 20mg Omeprazole> Side effects: Gynecomastia, stomach inflammation> Other Diags: GERD, Hiatal Hernia, Metabolic Syndrome - PreDiabetic, Secondary Hyperparathyroidism caused by Renal calcium leak, Bone Cyct in left Femoral Head and Pelvis.
