Diane - this is exactly my problem and the solution I've come to.

The trick is beting motivated to follow it closely. I'm going to

try a food diary so I'm accountable to what I'm choosing and keeping

track of how it makes me feel. I have never been able to stick to

it before but I'm going to try.
