Guest guest Posted February 5, 2008 Report Share Posted February 5, 2008 Anyone have any thoughts for strengthening the lateral musculature of the HLs to prevent MPLs grades 1/2 from worsening? Stretching Sartorius ok, but besides resistance band pulling outwards, anyone doing other exercises to help? Thanks for the help....
