Irritable bowel syndrome ENG-SPA

Dear Everybody!

I can't believe it! Someone stole some of my medicine books during my

Eastern Holidays and I can't find this type of test: h. pylory breath test.

It refers to the tests conducted in order to diagnose the irritable bowel

syndrome. I have translated it into Spanish as Prueba de respiración del

píloro superior, but I have no idea if it right or I'm making a big mistake.

I have two more queries: I have a list of symptoms where I have found

" Passage of blood " and " Passage of mucus " . The only translation for passage

that I have found is conducto, vía... That is why I don't understand why it

is a symptom.

If anyone can help me, I will be very grateful!
