Guest guest Posted May 18, 2011 Report Share Posted May 18, 2011 A long hospital day shift is looming tomorrow.Woke up from night shift this morning.Not a lot of energy and very little time but must do something.Certainly not going to go to the gym or even use heavy weights in house.Get out my oldest Bullworker and had a quick session within my time and energy capacities.Result I feel lifted and much better.Anyone identify with this I bet you do.Ed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
