Guest guest
I, too, agree the Bullworker can help anyone achieve their fitness goals. I have tried different methodologies and always return back to the Bullworker. For simplicity, portability and versatility the Bullworker stands alone. Guest guest
just curious, by size 87, do you mean 87 inches, or is it a size using a different measuring system? Its a bit bizzar here in the states, men's pants are measured in inches, while women's are based on something else. I think it can cause some women to not realoze how heavy they are when their pant's aren't sized using or inches or even metrics. I mean, how can someone be a size zero? lol. ------------------------------ >I, too, agree the Bullworker can help anyone achieve their fitness goals. Guest guest
Australia is metric system it does not sound a lot but when I have the old jeans on they look so baggy it's a laugh ! Far from slim but feeling pretty good and thats a bonus and a reward! - I once ordered a t shirt from the u.s an x-large it was the size of a tent every thing is big in the u.s. LOL serious your large is australian XL. Any way I even fit certain cuts of large shirts know instead of extra large with an ever increasing V shape to boot. And I had a cracker work out tonight with the steel bow feeling pumped! > just curious, by size 87, do you mean 87 inches, or is it a size using a different measuring system? Guest guest
Thanks for the info. I agree, America has gotten so fat. I ware a size 32 " to 33 " pants, & I know the companies make the pants bigger than the size on the tag. Some companies make their pants as many as 4 or 5 inches bigger than the tag. I bought some belts today, & it was hard to find a size 32 " as most were 38 " to 40 " & above. I am only 5 foot 6 inches, so I hope it will get easier to find pants in my size. Usually the stores seem to have only a couple of pants of each style in my size, but they will have lots for bigger waste sizes. I was reading an article about cars not available in the US, & it spoke of how the Dodge Dart II is actually a redesigned Alpha Romero. They swapped out the hatchback for a regular trunk, & made the car wider, since are roads & people are generally wider wider here than folks in Europe, lol. I used to fluctuate between 185lbs & 190 Lbs, but am now fluctuating between 160 & 165. I'm trying to work on being more consistent with exercising. > > > > >I, too, agree the Bullworker can help anyone achieve their fitness goals. Guest guest
Sorry if this is duplicating what's been said before, but I was reading just recently that the 'official' recommendation is that your waist should be no more half your height eg if you're 6 feet tall waist should be no more than 36 inches. Of course everyone on this forum is within that! Â Thanks for the info. I agree, America has gotten so fat. Guest guest
Waist measurement cut-off points For most people, a waist measurement higher than the following 1 is associated with increased risk of chronic disease. Increased risk: Men: more than 94 centimetres Women: more than 80 centimetres Greatly increased risk: Men: more than 102 centimetres Women: more than 88 centimetres Are these waist measurements suitable for all groups? No matter what your height or build, an increased waistline is a sign that you could be at increased risk of developing serious problems including chronic disease such as some cancers, heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Waist measurements should only be used for adults to check their risk of developing a chronic disease. Measurements that indicate increased risks for children and young people have not been developed. The waist measurements above are recommended for Caucasian men, and Caucasian and Asian women. Recommended waist measurements are yet to be determined for all ethnic groups. It is believed that they may be lower for Asian men. They are also likely to be higher for Pacific Islanders and African Americans (men and women). The limited data currently available indicates that the cut off points in Aboriginal populations appear to be similar to those in Asian populations; and the cut off points in Strait Islander populations appear to be similar to those found in Pacific Islander populations. The International Diabetes Federation has established ethnic specific values for waist circumference 2 (see table below) for when a person is defined as having metabolic syndrome —a condition when a person experiences a number of risk factors for chronic disease. Sufferers of this condition have a waist measurement in the risk range plus two out of four other risk factors (such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol). However, it is important to note that these measurements do not have universal support. > > > > > > > > >I, too, agree the Bullworker can help anyone achieve their fitness > > goals.
