Well I'm a long time music fan with generally very Catholic musical tastes and a

very large music collection. However I don't like to work out to music at all as

I like to concentrate.

When I do not train at home using Bullworker and a few other pieces of apparatus

I will be in a dungeon type heavy weights gym.I generally hate the sort of music

being played and try to avoid it when others might be in.One problem with music

other than that which you might freely choose at home is the question of other

people often imposing on you their taste in music. This is often done without so

much as saying-do you mind etc.I have often been quite annoyed at this in public

gyms.Alternatively the staff at a public facility may play music that is

distracting,Today for example away from my normal gym I trained in a certain

place that played Lady Ga Ga which I cordially hated.I think this illustrates

some of the problems with music and individual taste.

If I had to choose a music to train to however it would be hard rock in the

classic vein eg Hendrix,Led Zeppelin,Deep Purple etc seasoned with a dash of

Nirvana and Red Hot Chilli Peppers.Ed

are likely to be quite a few different views as well as tastes in music
