request for (present and former) NFP Coordinators

Hello. I read this listserv all the time but I don't think I have ever written

anything. I have a request for all the NFP Coordinators on the listserv.

As the NFP Coordinator for the Diocese of Rockford, I am trying to create a

policy for new NFP Instructors. We currently offer three methods in the

Rockford Diocese (BOMA, CCL, Creighton) and most (if not all) of our new

instructors will be trained in one of those three methods. We are able to

private some financial assistance for teacher training and are trying to

determine what exactly we should expect from teacher candidates in return. I

certainly have my ideas but am wondering what policies other dioceses have in

place. If you could share with me what (formal or informal) policies you have

(past or present), I would greatly appreciate it.
