Guest guest
I have been taking ativan for over 2 years to treat anxeity and panic problems and am still taking up to 4 mg each day. This drug is VERY addictive and the withdrawl symptoms are horrible. The doctor is trying to taper me down slowly but it is still very hard. I am not trying to bash this med, it does what it is supposed to. Just giving my personal problems with it. ----Alan > > In a message dated 8/9/2004 8:49:41 AM Eastern Daylight Time, > > djnichol@s... writes: > > > > I firmly believe that the side effects should be treated > aggressively. Guest guest
Sorry, Should have put this intro first I guess. I was diagonised with hep c in May 2002, by then my liver was completely destroyed. Had a Liver transplant in Jan 2003 and just completed my year long treatment of the peg/reb. Been through hell and back but am feeling alot better these days. I wish the very best of luck to all in this group. -----Alan > I have been taking ativan for over 2 years to treat anxeity and panic > problems and am still taking up to 4 mg each day. Guest guest
Ric, I am not sure yet. After 3 months my level was at 50 or something like that. This Friday I am having another test along with a Liver biopsy (again) so I will find out the results soon. Doctor said if I was not clear that they might put me on a maintence dose of the interferon something like a half dose once every 3 or 4 weeks. Has anybody ever heard of a maintenance progam like this ? ----Alan. > Did you clear the virus Alan?? > > > Why do you only notice the ceiling when you're laying in your bed? > missed a spot > __________________________________________________ >
