Guest guest
Well I got a new steel bow the other day what can I say WOW when I pulled it from its well made canvas bag with its logo proudly displayed across the front couldn't but think it's the Ferrari of bullworker shiny chrome and red handles it's a work of art . Well, it's a very large leap from the old steel bow its silent and smooth the hand grips fit my hands like a glove and the handles are comfortable and provide a solid grip. the power gauge just glides along the tube compared to the old one which was lose and hard to read this model is truly top shelf kit it's a absolate pleasure to use its perfect in every way Theirs nothing I could think that would improve it! anyway way i went with the ladies work out dvd for the first work out don't laugh I challenge any body here to have a go and see how they go it covers the lot i really like the bicep curls they work great its split over 5 segments a total of 35 minutes Isometric • Isotonic • Iso-Motion • Resiliency • Endurance compression with a slow release/compression with a fast release/ compression with a isometric hold etc etc squats lunges which get the ticker rocking an it great for the ab's! which makes a good change from the sit at home .I plan to combine the both and it will cover all bases and helps keep it interesting which is important in a long term exercise program I think this is the best bull worker yet and combined with these dvd's and the new more user friendly bow extension that know comes with great comfortably handles you can't go wrong ! An blokes don't hold back get a ladies work out dvd with Janina Ward it's a awesome work out and the lady does a great job and is very easy on the optic nerve to for 12.00 dollars its great addition to the SAH and you can always say you got it for your lady ! check it out here http://www.thebullworker.com/womens/
