Hi all,

I have a large 10yr-old dane who was referred by a university surgeon for rehab

and a

cervical collar. He is non-surgical and his lesion is C3-4. I know the pros

and cons of

collars. My question is - Is anyone using anything better than a

Philadelphia-style cervical

brace for these guys? The original DVM used something that sounds like a

bite-not style

collar that didn't work well.

Thanks in advance!

Mindy , DVM, CCRT
