Guest guest
You know, , I must have learned a lot from so far, because what I see here is an opportunity to gather information and then be aware. Don't beat yourself up over making a not-great choice here and there. Just the fact that you noticed and acknowledged it means you are processing the information. You can't change what you don't acknowledge. So be thankful that you did as well as you could, and maybe you can spend a little time thinking about how you could avoid the same pitfall next holiday. Just a thought. Wishing you well on this journey of ours! Michele > > I, also, had a hard time keeping it together over the holidays. All the family time and feasting...yikes! It seemed like almost everyday I was home at my parents, I made at least one poor choice. I guess I haven't made as much progress as I would like to think. > > But every failure puts me one step closer to a success. Tomorrow morning I drive home, and I will be back on my own turf, with my own food. So now I am saying a very grateful goodbye to buckeye candy, homemade gravy, turkey tettrazini, and so many carbs I can't even keep track. So long and good riddance! > > --------------------------------- > Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile.
