I think my blood pressure is still dropping now - nearly 3 months post op. I took a couple of readings last week that were in the region of 105/65 which is way low for me (they were 120/80 about a month post op). My endocrinologist did say it can take months for it to fully adjust - partly because all your blood vessels are slightly distended as a result of the previous high bp too so they also need time to adjust back to 'normal'.

And yes, I was very sluggish in the first couple of weeks post-op when the biggest drop happened. Fortunately my parents were still around helping with the children because I had to sneak off to have an afternoon nap. I've not felt it so much lately although one reason I did take my bp last week was because I was tired - but I'd also had a few nights of 6 hours or less sleep so it's more likely that was the cause.
