Guest guest
Myyoungest AS daughter has the temporal lobe type as well. It was noted at birth for her and they to catched them on the EEG with major spiking onthe EEG readings. Now since then when she to be to have EEG it can be to come back normal and other times be of abnormal have no clues as to why this is but this is for her. We in last years or two have not actually seen them in the physical sense because she to be to active now in the home and such so hard to tell if she is having one that we are not seeing so not sure if she to outgrowed them ornot. Some children's can outgrow some types of seizures. Missys was due to birth complications. She was on complete life supports for about the first week or so of life and then to be to started to improve on her breathing and such so they removed it and she did be to do okay. My missy was born with low birth weight 5.8 and pulmonary hypertension and respiratory distress and her platelets of blood to be dropping to dangers levels, then she was with thrombosis? the list to just be to go on and on for her and as new born had more tubes and wires everywhere it was of very scary to me. As of her she had issues with asthma and seizures. Now at age 10 we have no issues with asthma and plan to be to have the EEG relooked at again since last was when she was of 6.
