Don't over it do mate you don't want injure your self try and split up the work

out to cover different areas of the body and make each work out a little longer

to compensate ! Then buy the end of the day your worked the entire body once

just a idea remember rest is important to build musle and avoid injury and if

you get to sore it might put you of training cheers!

Gentlemen,

Unless you are exercising to total muscle fatigue, you can work out as many times a day as you wish. Think of the construction worker that is lifting heavy all day long. He is conditioned to do it. Maybe the first week was hard, but the body is very resilient. Give it proper rest and it will accomplish the most amazing feats.

Again, unless there is total muscle fatigue, dual workouts are fine.
