Guest guest
Hello all- I am working with a 2.5 year old boy with Aspergers. Lately he has been " roaring " like a dinosaur alot to his peers and to new people that he meets. He sometimes uses it in place of a greeting and sometimes engages in it repeatively (SSB). He is easily distracted away from the roaring, but will always return, especially if left to play on his own. We are concerned that he will not learn to regulate this behavior. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to teach him to regualate his SSB's and how to use them appropriately. Thanks-
