I have been using the bullworker at the very basic entry level exercises (my chart has 6).The other day I noticed a marked definition in my triceps-this is after only 8 days.Kudos to herrzlieger for sticking with it! Always encouraging to get feedback.

It seems to be a life principal that any this positive done over a long period of time, even is small doses, yields good results.Heidi
