I am diligently following your 90 SAH program, and I am delighted in the

progress that I'm making. The exercises are helping me get in shape, but most

importantly they are also are helping me to heal from this dislocated shoulder

that I had. On your most excellent DVD you made mention of worksheets to mark

down one's progress.

Where are they located? Are they in the files Section of our EG? If they don't

exist yet, would you like me to modify the basic BW X5 worksheets I created in

2004. It seems everybody (including even aka " Burt " Sherril) has

borrowed my original BW X5 word doc worksheets and modified them for their own

use, which is why I posted them in the first place.

Thanks,

TG

Hi and Tony

I also had looked for the work sheets mentioned in the Sit at Home DVD. I

think inclusion of a work sheet for the Sit at Home program would be a real

bonus. Use of such a work book would help track progression but also

motivate and reinforce continuation of the program.

Tony,

Worksheets may not have been the best term to have used...

On the SaHm chart, side II, next to each exercise, are the numbers 10, 20, 30, ... up to a Star.

The intent was to make the user progress in series of "10" up to 100.

That when the multiple of "10" was easily reached, the user would progress to the next higher multiple. This simplified the memory of how far one had progressed.

The workout is designed to be completed in 30 minutes... with a quick succession of exercises, one after another.

I have been using the routine for over 3 years now, and doubt I will ever advance to the Level 3 spring.

I personally switch between the Resiliency and the Endurance and can definitely feel the difference when I do so.

As for an extensive workout sheet... please feel free to do so.

Many individuals may prefer such a sheet... but all will be sucessful just by doing the program in its most basic form.

Respectfully,

Bullworker
