Guest guest
After going at the steel-bow " Bullworker-style " with the intermediate strength spring yesterday, today I gave the high-rep lower-strength spring routine a try (this being Bullworker-style exercises done isotonically in repetitions of up to 100, depending on one's stamina). The feel and pump from the change of stress to muscles and tendons were great. While the isometric contraction provided by the traditional Bullworker has always been optimal for strength, the high rep, lesser resistance steel-bow routine seems optimal for endurance and definition, and particualrly welcomed for us middle-aged users seeking fitness without injury or tendonitous.
