Guest guest
I first saw a bullworker in the 1970s when my neighbor got one. I actually bought my first one back in 1984, and used it with running to train in the USAF. I then ordered and received a buillworker bqack in 2001. I used the bullworker again for about 6 months and had great results, but then switched to weights. Fast forward to 2011. 50 years old and out of shape, I found the sit at home fitness routine videos on youtube. I have an X5, and I really like the new models. But the X5 seems to be doing it for now. My question is this. I am just shy of 6'4 " and have been using the X5. For a person of my height and stature, would the steel bow or the classic be better, and does the classic come with the sit at home dvd? I am not one for pictures. But maybe some after photos, if I can stick with the program for long enough. I am entering my third week, and doing 20 reps. I know I have to up it to 30, but I don't know if I am quite there yet. Does the SAH program work for 5 on and 2 off? I am strapped for money right now, so I am putting off ordering the new one until after the holidays. Although the X5 seems to be holding it's own right now, sometimes I compress the spring and it doesn't fully return immediately. Besides, I like the new models a little better. I can't wait to try the new grips.
