Bullworkerman workout - nice high cardio aspect - give it a try

I put a new workout together for the Bullworker or ISO7X

I posted it in the FILES section.

In the 'spirit' of Dan's Intense workout...

this one is based on a 'cardio' aspect.

Try to do this with a Heart Rate Monitor

Go through it and do 3 complete 'cycles-circuits' of the workout.

Should take about 30-35 minutes to do it

I put this together about 2 months ago and do it at least once a week with other

workouts...sometime two times a week.

My HeartRate is beyond my designated 'Fat Burning' zone and the workout really

gets a sweat going for me.

It is based on on a 'resistance band' workout I came across...I just adjusted it

to the Bullworker. Goal was to hit every major muscle group and body area in

the workout...and again...take it through 3 cycles.

Have fun with it and change it if you'd like to.....
