Your Yahoo Groups page " should " look like mine. There is a collumn on the left.

The 5th item down says " Files " . That is where the " Files " are stored. You have

to scroll through them to find this one we are discussing here. Don't know why

they are not in date order.

Anyway, I already sent this link and the link works for me.

Both times I sent the link I checked it and it worked fine. Now it doesn't seem

to be working.

At the bottom of your emails there are " hot links " for replies. The bottom says

" Messages in this topic? and will bring you right to the thread.

Meanwhile the bullworker homepage is

In the left collumn you'll see " Files " . Click on and scroll through the files to

find this workout. Wish they were listed in date order but I can't figure out

how to do that.
