Animal Rehabilitation of Reno-Tahoe is an active, state-of-the-art animal physical therapy practice and is well positioned within the local veterinary community. The owner-operator was one of the first physical therapists to become licensed by the State of Nevada Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. Local Veterinarians are actively referring Patients for post-operative care, non-surgical treatment and osteoarthritis management. Facility includes, but is not limited to, aquatic therapy including an underwater treadmill, an Endless Pool, therapeutic modalities, e.g., phototherapy, ultrasound, iontophoresis, electrical stimulation. Expansion plans include working together to develop additional inpatient rehabilitation programs for post-surgical Patients, special needs boarding for medically fragile Patients and respite care for Hospice Patients.
