Today I am 19 months off of Lipitor...I have no idea what my numbers are...I don't care. I still am having pain especially in my arms...oh I hope that someday it will go away...I have been sleeping better and I will share why...I got rid of the nightgown! LOL! So many times I would wake in the night all twisted up and would have to use my arms to get readjusted...and it hurt! Thought this might help some of you....get rid of the nightclothes!Jan

Jan,

I don't know if anyone has discussed the use of Benfotiamine , but after researching it, I've started on it .It takes three weeks to show any improvements, but I will let everyone know if it helps at all . If anyone else has had good results, let us know . Les .

Yes Les I have heard about ...its basicly vitamin B1...Right? Is there something more in it? I all ready do take alot of the B's...have been for awhile.Jan

Yes, it's Vitamin B 1, but it is processed in such a way that a person gets 300 % instead of 20 % as from a regular vitamin B 1 .They've done a lot of research on it, so I thought I'd give it a try , with pain in my body 24/7 , I am desperate to get relief ! Les
