Ok I will try to tell you everything that I do. I pretty much going by

the book as far as the workouts go, except when I do my upper body I

can only go up to 22 lbs for my flyes. I feel it at the time but

usually the next day I am not very sore at all. My lower body I do the

extensions, squats, curls and calves. I always do extra legs since they

seem to be strong and that is the area I really want to work on. (back

of legs and butt) I sometimes get sore the next day but most of the

time I do not. I do the 20 minutes of cardio the way it says in the

book. and I do my crunches a few times a week.

I usually eat egg beaters everymorning or a shake. I am not using

myoplex shakes. I use pro performance whey protein which has no carbs

in them. I eat a lot of chicken, cottage cheese, broccoli, lettuce,

baked potatoes.

I do get cravings alot for something sweet and I will eat a snack well

bar or a low fat graham crackers. I drink a lot of water.

When I had my body fat tested during my 4th week it was 22% I only lost

1% gained no lean muscle but went down in weight by a couple of lbs,

but now my weight is back up again. Ok so what do you think? I am

thinking the weight loss is slow because I do not have much to lose?

Not sure if that is true or not but that is what my husband keeps

telling me. I know I have body fat if I am at 22% so there has to be

something I need to change.

Any help will be appreciated.
