Guest guest
Olsen, Thank you very much for this information. After reading the cited sources, I just placed an order for CoQ10 from one of these companies - Health Works 2000 and will see if it helps get rid of my remaining muscle pains. After now having stopped taking my Zocor since mid-October, about 80% of the great pain I was having in my hips, back of the upper part of my legs, and my calves is gone. I no longer dread raising myself out of bed in the morning, or out of a chair during the day. The remaining pain is much milder and seems to have receded to a smaller area of my legs. However, if the CoQ10 might help get rid of this remaining pain, it is worth a try. Happy and Healthy New Year to you and everyone on this board!
