Consultative Services Coming to South Dakota!!!

My name is Christie Hosek. I have been in the field of behavior

analysis for four years. I received my B.S. from South Dakota State

University majoring in Psychology and my M.S. in Clinical Behavioral

Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. I have had experience

working with children with a variety of developmental disabilities with

an area of expertise in autism; I worked extensively in training

parents to implement techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis. Some of

these techniques include but are not limited to: implementing discrete

trial teaching with an emphasis on Verbal Behavior, teaching individual

structured play and structured play dates, creating/implementing

behavior plans for challenging behaviors, devising a curriculum and

facilitating P.E.C.S. training. I have also worked one on one with

children in center-based and home settings. Currently I am seeking to

bring my services to South Dakota where ABA intervention is sparse yet
