Jen, its an old beauty pageant trick, the day before you wrap your thighs

(tummy) with preperation-H and gladwrap! Its supposed to tighten the skin,

but of course only temporarily. :)

I presently rotate these three workouts. 1. Bullworker2. Tony Little Easy Shaper3. Heavy HandsI do a stationary bike before and after each workout. The bike I use works both the lower and upper body. I usually train 4-5 times a week.Jimemac
