Guest guest
Hello, Just a thought, but you might want to try a library. You should be able to find a bunch of books on Pilates. If you ask the people at the information counter, they will be happy to search the internet for information and print it for you. Rich > > Hi guys. Guest guest
You might try to get the book from the inventor himself. ph Pilates. http://www.amazon.com/Pilates-Primer-The-Millennium-Edition/dp/1928564003 Invented by a man for men and yet has become a household word for women. The " Windsor Pilates " that I do is more fast paced and has been modified. True Pilates are slow movements and are very isometric in nature. Very complimentary to a Bullworker workout. Thanks for showing an interest. I thought I was talking to the wall around here. Seems if you're not touting the Bullworker no one pays much attention to your posts. btw Love my new Concept 2 rower > > Hi guys.
