Hello,

Just a thought, but you might want to try a library. You should be able to find

a bunch of books on Pilates. If you ask the people at the information counter,

they will be happy to search the internet for information and print it for you.

You might try to get the book from the inventor himself. ph Pilates.

Invented by a man for men and yet has become a household word for women. The

" Windsor Pilates " that I do is more fast paced and has been modified. True

Pilates are slow movements and are very isometric in nature. Very complimentary

to a Bullworker workout.

Thanks for showing an interest. I thought I was talking to the wall around here.

Seems if you're not touting the Bullworker no one pays much attention to your

posts.
