This is not a directly Bullworker related post but it is an isometric one.There

may be those among you that would be interested in following this up as perhaps

they read as much about isometrics as they can.

There will probably be those amongst you that are familiar with the American

strongman Bud Jefferies.He has a book out on his site related to his take on

isometrics.I have not read it but its about.

You can also see him on his site-www.Strongerman.com teaching Kettlebell Press

Isometrics.However if you look on Youtube you can find him showing the use of

isometrics in a variety of ways related to weights.I have not looked at all this

yet but I will.

If you are interested in this you should be either able to access Youtube from

his site or go directly to it by writing in and searching Kettlebell Press

Isometrics or perhaps his name.
