Guest guest
Great post, ........ The whole nature of physical fitness could be disected and analyzed to the nth degree, but in the end, the Bullworker simply is what it is and it do what it do, and it do what it do quite well, whether you use it alone or in conjunction with other equipment. No matter how you use it, the Bullworker produces great results, and as far as I'm concerned, that's the bottom line. > > > > Subject: Re: Just noticed. > To: bullworkerclub > Date: Monday, November 22, 2010, 8:41 AM > > > > > > > " And when they find that shiny red-handled miracle that is the new Bullworker, then all bets are off! It also makes for a nice adjunct to regular exercises. As a standalone? Sure, why not if your goal is to get a little muscle " tone " . > > But, it isn't a " miracle " ...if you use a Bullworker or Steelbow, you're going to get more efficient at using a Bullworker. You won't lean out with a Bullworker...you need to get on a tight, cutting diet like Mr. Hughs did. > > Where are the transitional pictures, like the Beach Body (P90X, Insanity, etc.) boards or Turbulence Training, depicting Bullworker trainees going from flabby and out of shape to ripped and athletic? (BTW, The Whammer completed P90X, Insanity and some of the more advanced Beach Body programs--in addition to a Bullworker--at age 52 or 53, plays hockey in a +30 league in Canada and is a firefighter...he's posted his before/after pictures.) > > We saw at least one of fitness models that uses on his site and in the DVD is a weight lifter. Guest guest
Well what can say for a start I am no poster boy almost 50 but when I started out in April using the bully again in April I was the classic pear shape Aussie then a move back into line construction brought a need of change to lifestyle and. Needing more strength I chose the bull worker for that task with great success even some of the young blokes call me muscles mind you I got two dogs that need a lot of walking too and add chin ups, push ups to the mix and the sit at home routine is doing great job of trimming up the left over I haven't felt this fit in twenty years I now enjoy filliing the pole holes with crash rock so easy I I really beleave this is due to hard work pumping the bully it a great feeling what else Can I say it works I look different I feel great ! they work! > > > > > > > > > From: hillrunner_tx hillrunner_tx@ > > > Subject: Re: Just noticed. > > > To: bullworkerclub > > > Date: Monday, November 22, 2010, 8:41 AM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > " And when they find that shiny red-handled miracle that is the new > Bullworker, then all bets are off! Guest guest
Great stuff, Cyber Brother from Downunder! It's a funny thing, I had spent a few years using the Bullworker as a closer to a lot of other exercises, and then it dawned on me one day - Hey, wait a minute! Things thing really is great! And I can't remember the last time I've experienced elbow problems from using it! That's when I switched gears and made the Bullworker my predominant workout tool. > > > > > > > > > > > > From: hillrunner_tx hillrunner_tx@ > > > > Subject: Re: Just noticed. > > > > To: bullworkerclub > > > > Date: Monday, November 22, 2010, 8:41 AM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > " And when they find that shiny red-handled miracle that is the new > > Bullworker, then all bets are off!
