Request for Info/Resources in Chicago or Madison

Listmates,

My husband and I have options to move to either Chicago or Madison, Wisconsin.

We need to know about the educational and financial assistance resources

available in the Chicago area, especially the West-Northwest-North suburbs and

in Madison. My son (8 Y/O) has been in a home-based ABA program for many years,

and we are now looking for good inclusion programs with support as well as

continuing an after-school ABA program. We lived in Chicago for many years and

are quite familiar with that area, but that was pre-autism. We know little

about Wisconsin, but hear good things. We are interested in both private and

public school options and your good or bad experiences if you care to share

them. We are especially interested in what areas to avoid. You can post

off-list if you prefer and we apologize for any cross-posting.
