Hello Everyone,

I am a newcomer here, 43 years old & in reasonable state. I used the X5 way back

in my student days, but always stuck to the basic training program of 26

isometric exercises.

I am just going through week three of the initial X5 training program (yes,

those same 26 basic isometric exercises).

My question is what is the best way forward after the first month, I am hoping

to trim my waistline & add muscle on the pectorals & arms.

The training guide seems 'unclear' - anyone have specific guidance for month 2 &

beyond? I'd like to find a way to avoid getting bored, but still keep the

training down to a max of 30 minutes per day.

Many thanks

Joe
