A very good friend of mine owns the local emergency clinic and that is why I

bought my practice 10 years ago. WE are talking about working out something

with them for overnight care but I know from talking to her that staffing

the emerg is her biggest headache and I do not want to go there. I have been

doing rehab for about 5 years now and there are not really any surprises but

thinking about opening another facility in another geographic area has given

me pause and hence why I posted. I agree that every extra adds to clients

value that is partly why I opened the rehab and we also offer luxury cat

boarding. Rehab clients are great because you see them often and really

develop a bond and regular clients in the practice really enjoy interacting

with the rehab patients and their owners. It all revolves around time.
