Hey and all,

I dip into this club every week or so. Wish I could keep up with all

of the messages.

, you opened my eyes a lot with your post about your workout with

Hank. I am doing great with the nutrition part of the program, but I

am a novice weight lifter, working out by myself in a gym. I KNOW I am

wimping out way below 10's in most of my workouts. What I am calling

10's are probably (as Hank says) 7's.

Any other coaching on how to reach for those 10's?

And one specific question: I am currently doing leg curls as my last

12 reps on whatever that muscle is (lol) and at the weight I have it on

I can't curl my legs all the way up on the last 1 or 2 reps. Does this

mean I should lower the weight or just keep it on until my strength

grows?
