Guest guest Posted May 27, 2012 Report Share Posted May 27, 2012 The Iso-Bow is reached for 2 or 3 times a day as I pass through the kitchen area. I like it a lot. Its great for the upper body BUT the floor area is lino & tiles. Its too cold & I'm too lazy to sit / lie on the floor for a couple of exercises.
