Iso-Abs, your suggestions needed.

The Iso-Bow is reached for 2 or 3 times a day as I pass through the kitchen

area. I like it a lot. Its great for the upper body BUT the floor area is

lino & tiles. Its too cold & I'm too lazy to sit / lie on the floor for a

couple of exercises.

How can I use the Iso-bow on the Abs either standing or sitting on a chair?
