Gentlemen,

By raising your arms above your head for your Iso-Bow movement, you will engage

your core more. Most chest high movements emphasize the: arms, chest & back.

One can usually feel the muscles engaged and searching for the select " feeling "

can be very beneficial to one's workout.

Do not neglect the good old Isometric " tug " for that rewarding overall strength

improvement.

Respectfully,

Bullworker

area. I like it a lot. Its great for the upper body BUT the floor area is

lino & tiles. Its too cold & I'm too lazy to sit / lie on the floor for a

couple of exercises.
