Guest guest
I see the uses for the Iso-Bow, however there are only " pulls " . Do you get any " pushes " in your Iso-Bow workout? > > > > Heres the link > > > > >

Guest guest
Let me try this again when I push there is a pull one arm is pushing the other pulling. When I push upward or out ward then pull back again my own resistance when I do punching motion I push through the move etc anyway it makes sense to me cheers! > > > > > > > > Heres the link > > > > > > > > > > > > >U >
Guest guest
As aussie-john says, one hand's pulling & the other pushing in many instances. An example of a two-handed push is: fold your arms with one hand over one elbow & the other hand below the other elbow then push outwards with both arms. Swap & repeat. Remember, the Iso-bow is $10 whereas the isokinator is $250. they both do a similar job. And the Isokinator has the same push / pull attributes. And aussie-'s sunglasses & aussie skyline iso-bow videos are top shelf stuff. I can't wait for him to get his hands on this new fandangled 'iso-gym " and shoot some youtube vids for us all. > > > > > > Heres the link > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Been a couple of months now since I started using the Iso-Bow. Must say, I love it. Definitely is effective. Best exercise for me is iso-motion - twirling and rolling. I roll & spin from up high down to my toes all around, up & down, keeping a good solid tension throughout. This is where the iso-bow wins hands down. Not the isometric static holds. .................................... > > > > Heres the link > > > > >
