Diet Plan for Sit at home.

I am doing a modified simple 7 and

am starting to feel the results of it.

I don't mind strict dieting, but what

is the best way to find homeostasis with

the bullworker? What kind of diet

are you using?

I have done a lot of different diets. I have

done the juiceman diet, low fat, low carb,

and sometimes I have just worked so hard

that it really didn't matter what I ate.

I guess because of the protein, the low carb diet

seems to show the best gains, but gains are

something I might try to avoid. I prefer to be

closer to my BMI for health reasons. You don't have to

get big to be strong.

Anyways, diet tips are welcome. Right now, I

work in a restaurant. I have found some things there

like leaf spinach, grilled chicken, whole wheat wraps,

tuna, and lots of salad stuff, that make it pretty easy

to come up with something food wise. Nuts are good for

snacks, and so is fruit, especially bananas. I drink

a pre workout protein shake with 100% whey, because it

is a fast protein and is rapidly bioavailable during

the workout. A slower protein after the workout.

I have cut out soda, cookies, chips, although Triscuit

are a pretty good snack. I am also starting to have oatmeal

intermittently for breakfast. I haven't totally cut out

coffee yet. Maybe it's my age. Seems to be working ok.

I have taken a real shine to Wyler's lemonade packets with water.

I think they are great. Also, I sometimes take a slice of lemon and just put it

into my water jug at work. It's not bad.

I know results are possible with the sit at home routine. I guess I am making an

effort to maximize them by diet because I am beginning to see a difference. I

didn't start out that way. But the more I work out, the more I want it.
